1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between w baji and any user of this platform. By browsing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

w baji is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. Membership on this platform is entirely voluntary.

The user acknowledges that they will use all w baji services at their own judgment and responsibility, and will not engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity through the platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any betting or casino service on w baji, users must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If age verification documents are requested during identity verification, providing them is mandatory.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Registering multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, w baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be true and accurate. Registering with incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

w baji may at any time request identity verification through a National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

If you suspect that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, contact the w baji support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

w baji will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any such contact should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

w baji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Payment Verification

To make a withdrawal, the payment method used must be the one registered on the account. Transfers to a mobile banking number or bank account registered in someone else's name will not be possible. w baji reserves the right to temporarily delay processing of any unusual transaction for review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no facility for transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, it must be wagered 20 times — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳40,000. Bonus funds can never be treated as direct cash.

5.2 Other Promotions

For weekly and special occasion promotions (such as the weekly w baji rewards, w baji Slot Festival, and Cricket Mania Bonus), each offer has its own wagering requirements and time limits. The specific terms of the promotion under which a bonus is claimed will always apply.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If someone attempts to exploit bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other method to game the system, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Every game or event on w baji has specific rules that are shown before the game begins. Once a user confirms a bet, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the result of a game round is uncertain or incomplete due to server issues, network disruption, or software errors, w baji reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered in it.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed indefinitely, the related bet may be voided or adjusted at w baji's discretion. If evidence of match fixing or manipulation of any unusual event is found, the funds wagered on the related bet may be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated software, or any automated process to play games.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or errors in the platform's games or betting system for an advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Impersonating a w baji staff member or representative to deceive other users.
• Dishonest attempts to recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by w baji

w baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time and without notice for the following reasons: breach of terms, failure to complete identity verification, or unusual or suspicious activity.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they can notify the w baji support team via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If a user wishes to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period, they can use the Self-exclusion feature. For more details, see the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

w baji accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Losses in games or bets caused by loss of internet connection or problems with the user's device.
• Losses caused by technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from misuse of a user's personal or login information due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary unavailability of the service during unplanned system maintenance.

w baji is committed to maintaining the quality of its services; however, under no circumstances will the platform's total liability for direct or indirect losses exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

10. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Changes to Terms

w baji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

10.4 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be ineffective or inapplicable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect, and an attempt will be made to give effect to the ineffective part with the minimum possible change.
